Red Bank NT02 & NT03

A thriving New Town

A stone’s throw from Manchester Victoria and the River Irk, NT02 & NT03 provide 895 new homes and vibrant activation in the growing Red Bank area.

Situated within the Red Bank masterplan, designed in collaboration with Maccreanor Lavington, and which in turn forms part of the wider development of Victoria North, the five buildings of NT02 & NT03 are arranged to open up ecological corridors and public realm, connecting the site to its natural and built context.

NT03 creates a new courtyard for residents, and active ground-level frontages will create a safe, dynamic streetscape. Alongside the new homes, the six-storey Clubhouse will act as a shared social hub and provide amenities to residents from throughout the masterplan.

The project supports the growth of Victoria North, identified by the independent New Towns Taskforce as a prime location to attract top talent to the city and its industries, and sits alongside Victoria Riverside, currently under construction.
