Social, material and functional value is embedded in the urban structure of our cities. There is no clean slate.

  • How do we get the balance between new and old?
  • How do we value the past in the face of development viability?
  • What development models are ready for changing?
  • Do future communities have a voice?
  • How do we reconcile the injustices of the past and move on respectfully?

Partner & Urban Design sector lead Darryl Chen will be grappling with these knotty questions and more with our expert panel comprising: Samantha Veal, Director Igloo Regeneration; Laura Percy, Senior Development Director at Landsec U + I; Emma Hatch, Head of ESG, Places for London; Matthew Sampson, Director (Innovation & Regen) at The Crown Estate, and Alex Hearn, Director Economy of Place, Bristol City Council.

We look forward to seeing you there.
