Harmsworth Quays\

We worked with Southwark Council on a masterplan for Harmsworth Quays and adjacent sites. The work undertaken provided an essential element of the evidence base for a review of parts of the adopted Area Action Plan for Canada Water.

This masterplan built upon the Council’s vision for Canada Water as a mixed use town centre. The masterplan seeked to encourage the aims of the AAP to redevelop a new town centre with increased density and more intensification of uses, including residential, leisure, hotel, business, community use and secondary retail.

Kings College London was named as a possible future end user, and as such, proposals also included options for significant student residential, academic and other university space.
