Our head of Urban Design, Darryl Chen, was interviewed by NLA Curator-in-Chief Peter Murray shortly after Darryl’s appointment to the NLA Expert Panel for Planning. During the conversation, they talk about Smithfield Public Realm and Earl’s Court Masterplan; the importance of measuring social value and impact in large masterplans; creating a cultural offer that creates a place for all Londoners.
