A New Teaching Block for the University of Manchester\

We are delighted to have been appointed to design a new general teaching building for the University of Manchester.

The £23m building will sit in the north east of the main campus and will provide the university with a variety of small medium and large raked teaching spaces together with break out, social and catering facilities. We are working with the University to review the way in which they will teach in the building and the types of spaces and facilities that will allow them to meet their aspirations for an inspirational and flexible building.

The Hawkins\Brown team is being lead by Oliver and Julia who are both alumni of Manchester and particularly interested in working on a project for their old university. The project is being managed through EC Harris.
