Vivian Sin \

Vivian believes architecture should be contextually well-fitted and user friendly, where the relationship between people, their surroundings and a building is critical. She enjoys problems solving and is always up for taking on adventurous challenges.

Vivian is an experienced architect and associate who has worked in a wide range of sectors, her most recent work includes a variety of Crossrail, Network Rail and LUL stations. She is particularly passionate with the infrastructure & transport sector due to the complexity of these projects; the impact and joy that they bring to the society.

Currently, Vivian is the lead architect for the delivery of Liverpool Street Crossrail Station which is due to complete in 2018. She is well experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating and delivering the architectural design at both design and construction stages. With her extensive knowledge of requirements and standards within the rail and infrastructure industry; comprehensive understanding of assurance processes; alongside her proven project management skills and capabilities. Vivian is delivering some of the most complex, high profile and large scale projects.

Vivian thrives on delivering projects that are original and exciting. She believes communication is key. She believes working through project/design with the design team, the clients, their stakeholders, operators and user groups collaboratively, is crucial to a quality product, successful development and good working relationship.

Within the practice, Vivian co-leads one of Hawkins\Brown's 10 design studios, championing design and collaboration, coordinating project resourcing, ensuring delivery and business development in the transport sector.

Vivian is a keen foodie. She also enjoys yoga, kettlebell training and often spends her spare time travelling the world.
