Roma originally joined Hawkins\Brown during her Part I experience having graduated from the Bartlett school of Architecture. She has since returned for part 2 after completing a Master’s degree in Architecture at the Royal College of Art.
Roma also has experience of working for architectural practices in Amsterdam and Berlin having spent a year abroad before joining the practice. During this time she was given the opportunity to be the sole designer for a Netherlands Architecture Institute ‘matchmaking project’ which was exhibited at the NIA and Mumbai design week.
During her Masters Roma was part of a winning team for the South Kensington tunnel competition with ‘The Secret Guide to Albertropolis’. A live project set and judged by the numerous cultural institutions of the area and TFL.
Outside of work Roma enjoys long urban rambles as part of her keen interest in psychogeography.
