Nick’s studies at the University of Lincoln and Sheffield School of Architecture culminated in him receiving a Distinction, along with the West Yorkshire Society of Architects Sixth Year Prize. His work focused upon the role that civic buildings can play within their communities.
Nick’s diverse experience, both in practice and academia, spans the residential, diplomatic and education sectors, as well as wider scale masterplanning projects. He is driven to find practical and beautiful solutions to design challenges.
Prior to joining Hawkins\Brown Nick spent two years working with embassy and consulate buildings, both in the UK and overseas.
In his spare time Nick takes long walks in the peak district. He also likes to get involved in design projects and competitions.
