Kelly-Marie Rodgers \

Kelly-Marie joined Hawkins\Brown after completing her Part II at the University of Sheffield.

In her dissertation, for which she was awarded a commendation, she explored the effect of architecture on the social capital that ‘community‘ creates; understanding if through physical and social processes social capital can be built through community delivered and managed architecture.

These themes ran through into her thesis project which explored the role architecture should play in our communities; using craft as an inspiration for in the processes of architecture. Kelly-Marie enjoys exploring craft both in and outside the office, where she is often found knitting.
