Jonathan’s primary interests are the social value of architecture, sensitive regeneration and design in the public realm.
Since graduating from the University of Nottingham, he has worked on residential, commercial and education schemes at practices in London and Birmingham.
Hand drawing and physical modelling are key to his design process. He has a keen eye for composition, materiality and detail and he is enthusiastic about the freedom to explore architectural ideas offered by competitions; his recent work for Hauser & Wirth received coverage in the architectural press including the Architect’s Journal and Building Design.
When he’s not busy with architecture, Jonathan composes music. He has collaborated with a number of young film makers and artists, providing soundtracks and creating his own music videos.
