Alex worked at two other established London practices, gaining experience in a variety of sectors, before joining Hawkins\Brown as an architect in early 2019.
Key experience to date encompasses the concept stage design of several large-scale masterplanning and housing schemes across London.
Alex studied at the Welsh School of Architecture in Cardiff, where he nurtured keen interests in urban design and innovative housing. His Master’s dissertation evaluated the Cypriot Government’s re-housing programme for refugees displaced by the 1974 conflict whilst his design thesis focussed on adaptable housing for Londoners priced out of the property market.
Outside the office, Alex enjoys travelling, experimenting in music production and watching far too much football.
