Premier House

We were appointed by Low Carbon Workplace Partnership (LCW) to carryout the refurbishment of Premier House in Twickenham.

LCW is a unique joint venture between the Carbon Trust, Stanhope Plc and Threadneedle Asset Management Ltd, specialising in the purchase, refurbishment and operation of commercial office space to achieve very low carbon omissions in occupation. Our refurbishement reduced the energy use of the building by 60%.

The proposals included a new entrance, reception and waiting area in a single storey extension on a prominent corner in Twickenham; a single storey roof extension with the existing lightwell to the south of the building and a new bike store with intensive planted roof half buried within the landscape at the far east of the site.
